Stornobedingungen (Auszug)
Storniert
der Auftraggeber zwischen 14 und 3 Tagen vor dem vereinbarten Führungstermin,
so sind als Storno
50 % des vereinbarten Führungsentgeltes zu
bezahlen.
Storniert
der Auftraggeber weniger als drei Tage vor dem vereinbarten Führungstermin, so
ist das volle vereinbarte Entgelt zu bezahlen.
Wartezeiten
Im
Falle der Verspätung des Kunden ist der Fremdenführer verpflichtet, 45 Minuten
am vereinbarten Treffpunkt auf den Kunden zu warten.
Der
Kunde verpflichtet sich seinerseits, 15 Minuten auf den Fremdenführer zu warten.
Verhinderung
Der
Fremdenführer verpflichtet sich, im Falle einer unvermeidbaren Verhinderung
einen fachlich gleichwertigen befugten Ersatz zu vermitteln.
Darüber
ist der Auftraggeber tunlichst zu informieren.
Gemäß Artikel 39 EWR- Vertrag ist jeder Mitgliedstaat berechtigt, von
EWR-Bürgern gleichartige fachliche Voraussetzungen zu verlangen wie für
inländische Bewerber: Im Falle des Fremdenführergewerbes entspricht dies
zumindest 250 Lehreinheiten Ausbildung beruflich-fachlicher Art und in Unternehmerkunde,
einer staatlichen Prüfung und der Niederlassung im Inland.

Conditions of cancellation (extract)
In the event that the client booking the guided
tour cancels the tour on between 3 and 14 days' notice of the prearranged
date, a cancellation fee amounting to 50 % of the agreed remuneration for the
guided tour will be charged. In the event that the client booking the guided
tour cancels the tour on less than 3 days' notice of the prearranged date, a
cancellation fee amounting to the full payment of the agreed remuneration for
the guided tour will be charged.
Waiting
times
In the event of the late arrival of the client,
the Tourist Guide undertakes to wait for the client at the appointed place for
a period of 45 minutes. For his/her part, the client undertakes to wait for the
Tourist Guide for a period of 15 minutes.
Unavoidable
circumstances
In the event of unavoidable circumstances which
prevent the designated Tourist Guide from conducting the prearranged tour,
he/she undertakes to provide the services of an equally qualified legally
authorised substitute.
The Tourist Guide shall inform the client as so
on as possible about this change.
According to Article 30 of the EEA Treaty, every
member state may demand from EEA citizens professional
skills and qualifications comparable to those required of Austrian applicants.
With respect to guiding in Austria, this means a minimum of 250 hours of
vocational training in subjects relating to the profession and in
entrepreneurial skills, a state examination and permanent residence in the
country.
